NOPA Kitchen and Bar - 800 F Street, Washington DC 20004 The kitchen and bar makes you feel right at home with bench style seating in the bar area with small hi tops off to the side. The drinks were quick to the table and the bar staff attentive. A well stocked whiskey and scotch menu lead to a nice after dinner conversation.
